    Shity apartments... maintenance guys don't know what they are doing. AC units are older than my parents. Every thing including window seals have half an inch of paint so nothing shuts like it is supposed to. Drafty as hell. Very poor cleaning when we moved in. Nothing is new, it's all just "fix it so it works" kinda thing.
