  Very unprofessional staff. Rented me a house 1203 Bruce street, that was infested with roaches. They stated there was no bug problem in the house and I had to call a lisenced pest controller that stated and documented infection in the house . The brocker , which name was David, was extremely rude and nasty because I requested a refun on the house . I had to get my lawyer involved because they would only give be my deposit back. Mean while it’s only been 5 days since I signed and I had not moved in the home at all and they refused me money. They let me sign and gave me keys to the home that wasn’t ready to move in , they didn’t clean the home at all and when I requested new carpet in the home they refused to do so. Will never recommend any one give a business like this that is unprofessional, nasty attitude and dishonest there money or business
